A foot wear sort of has the final say on your look, you could wear a chic outfit but decide on a casual look by pairing it with a flat sandals/shoes/flip flop or you can wear a simple outfit and decide to look chic by pairing it with chic shoes/heels...well I opted for the later(wink!)
